Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of Islander Connect, including marketplace browsing, storefront operations, content publishing, payments, and platform administration. By accessing or using the platform, each user agrees to follow these terms and all related policies referenced here.

Islander Connect provides a marketplace for buyers, sellers, partners, and administrators. The platform may offer product listings, support flows, community content, notifications, blog publishing, and compliance workflows.

Users must provide accurate account information, protect their account credentials, and use the platform lawfully. Users may not misuse payment systems, impersonate others, interfere with platform operations, or submit misleading commercial information.

Sellers are responsible for listing accuracy, lawful fulfillment, payout readiness, and communication related to their products. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, completing payment authorizations honestly, and using purchased goods lawfully.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Platform fees, payout timing, and provider requirements are governed by the Payment Policy, Seller Agreement, and any payout controls configured by Islander Connect.

Users retain responsibility for the content they submit. Islander Connect may review, suspend, remove, or restrict content, storefronts, or accounts that violate policy, create platform risk, or harm trust and safety.

The platform may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when a user violates platform rules, fails compliance checks, creates fraud or abuse risk, or exposes Islander Connect to legal or operational harm.

Platform services are provided on an as-available basis. Islander Connect does not guarantee uninterrupted service, uninterrupted payment provider availability, or uninterrupted third-party integrations. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These terms work together with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, Payment Policy, Community Guidelines, Buyer Terms, Seller Agreement, Partner Agreement, and any applicable data processing terms.
