Hello; hi (the standard Refaluwasch greeting)
Usage
The Refaluwasch hello — used the same way "Hi" or "Hello" is used in English. Combines with "Woomi" (you all) to form "Tirow Woomi", the full communal greeting equivalent to Chamorro "Hafa Adai". On its own, just "Tirow" works as a casual greeting.
Cultural context
The everyday Refaluwasch hello. Greet anyone — friends, strangers, walking into a room — with Tirow.
